Octavo. Original blue cloth, spine and front cover lettered in gilt, four irises to front cover in blind, edges untrimmed.
W. H. Smith's subscription library label to front pastedown (stamped "sold", no other marks), recent book label of Christopher Clark Geest. Extremities a little rubbed, spine slightly darkened, hairline crack to front inner hinge, binding otherwise firm and square, contents clean, a very good copy.
