The Marble Faun. William Faulkner.

Jan 29, 2015 | Videos

Pom Harrington presents this first edition, sole printing of The Marble Faun. Signed and dated 31 December 1924 by the author on the title page and with his further signed presentation inscription to the front free endpaper, “To Dink from Bill Faulkner”. The fact that Faulkner uses the familiar form of his own forename indicates that he was on good terms with the recipient, but that person’s identity has eluded us and the several colleagues whose opinion we have asked.
